Chef Praneet Dangati is a cake artist, educator, and founder of Cake Prince Academy, one of India's largest baking education platforms. He is best known for developing Indian Buttercream and helping aspiring bakers understand the science behind baking, not just recipes. Through online and offline education, he has taught and inspired thousands of students across India and beyond.
